EU Right of Withdrawal
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Beach Bunny Swimwear of your decision to withdraw from the contract by contacting us at:

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen (14) day period has expired.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.
For health and hygiene reasons, Beach Bunny Swimwear cannot accept returns of swimwear where the hygienic liner has been removed, altered, damaged, or is no longer attached. Swimwear that shows signs of wear, use, washing, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to any goods excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
